Cooking Classes at Your Library
Cooks of all skill levels are invited to serve up some tasty treats at the Collinsville Memorial Library Center!
The library hosts monthly cooking classes that any cook, regardless of experience, will enjoy. Upcoming classes include:
- Bring Your Thanksgiving Together (Thursday, November 20 at 5:30 PM): Learn the basics of cooking turkey and try some delicious recipes for desserts and side dishes.

Fees/Admission
Registration is required. Please sign up by calling the library at 618-344-1112 or visiting the library. There is a $5.00 per person per class supplies fee, payable to the instructor at the time of the class.
