Collinsville Area Recreation District will present a look at how CARD has helped make Collinsville a better place to live, both now and in the future, In honor of the 20th Anniversary of CARD, hear about the growth of the district since its inception on Nov. 13, 1990 and learn about some of the current and future opportunities the district is pursuing. Special attention will be given to the schedule of 20th Anniversary events and celebrations being presented throughout the coming year.
