Sign up for our Mason Jar Meal Prep class and learn to make healthy and delicious meals in an easily portable and economically friendly container: the mason jar. Each session consists of 3 classes and will cover a variety of different meal plans. Week one is oatmeal, week two covers soups, and week three goes over how to make crisp and fresh salads.
Materials can be provided at an additional cost. If you’d like to bring your own jars be sure to have 6 re-sealable pint-sized Mason Jars and 3 quart sized jars. All meal ingredients are included with the cost of the class.
