Bob Baumgartner is the business program manager and deputy portfolio director for the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. Bob worked for Anheuser-Busch Companies for 22 years and has more than 30 years of experience working in and around large manufacturing facilities.
Andy Vaughn is the senior business deputy program manager for the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Manager where he manages the overall technical and application side of the Business Program. In his previous role, Andy worked as both a technical reviewer and energy advisor for the program, reviewing projects and conducting energy walk throughs and providing customers with customized information on how to reduce electrical and gas usage. Prior to joining Leidos, Andy conducted systems research, simulation and analysis, project management, and data collection campaigns for the Department of Energy at Sandia National Laboratories. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
Ron Ingram serves as the manager of the Energy Advisor Team for the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Programs. Ron has worked in the electrical and controls industries for over thirty years, with the last twenty specializing in automated controls, SCADA systems, variable frequency drives, power monitoring, data acquisition/reporting systems, and demand-side management. Working closely with various industries to provide equipment specifications, system design, and system support has given Ron valuable insight into the challenges faced by organizations in their quest for energy efficiency.
