- Open Kitchen: turn on lights, ovens, hot line, etc.
- Begin preparation of hot breakfast.
- Set up breakfast hot line by 7:10am for 7:15 am breakfast.
- Clean up from breakfast prep and begin lunch.
- Set up hot lunch line by 10:45am for 11am lunch serving.
- Prep for next day's meals.
- Check food temps on serving line and in kitchen.
- Check coolers and freezer temps.
- At end of breakfast, tear down breakfast hot line.
- Label and put away any leftovers.
- Clean up from lunch prep, and do any needed misc. cleaning.
- After lunch, tear down hot lunch line.
- Knowledge/experience with large quantity food cooking and preparation.
- Willingness to lean.
- Able to lift 50lbs and able to stand, walk, and work on tile/concrete flooring for 4 hours at a time.
