Jack Schmitt Ford Lincoln is expanding our Customer Care Center due to it's great success.
Our Customer Care Center responds to internet sales leads. We answer questions on inventory, schedule appointments, handle internet requests, text interaction and more. We currently need two more agents for an upcoming training session. Candidates must possess outstanding phone and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable making a high number of outbound calls, corresponding by email, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Call center experience is a plus. This is a part-time position with outstanding earning potential through our commission program. Goal is to generate appointments and create additional business for the dealership.
