    Job Description
    Leskera Law Firm is a Plaintiff’s litigation firm limiting its practice to Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law.  The firm is looking for an intelligent, personable and ambitious person to initially begin as a Receptionist/Legal Assistant with the potential for transitioning into the job of paralegal.  Excellent training will be provided by the paralegal, office manager & attorney.  Initial duties include:
    • Reception/Front Desk Duties
      • Answering telephones, taking and delivering electronic messages;
      • Keeping the calendar up-to-date;
      • Sorting, scanning, filing and distributing incoming mail;
      • Handling outgoing mail;
      • Greeting clients, visitors, opposing counsel, court reporters, vendors, etc.; and
      • Other various duties as assigned and/or required.
    • Paralegal Duties
      • Preparing correspondence and pleadings;
      • Scanning, saving and filing documents in electronic format;
      • Ordering medical records and bills and tracking the status of same;
      • Communicating with Clients regarding the status and progress of their case;
      • Working closely with Attorney and/or Office Manager; and
      • Other various duties as assigned and/or required.
