This position is a member of the Public Works Department which includes the Streets, Water, and Wastewater Divisions. This position is responsible for operation of the City's water facilities. The Water Plant Operator's primary duties are monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the water treatment plant to ensure the continuous supply and clean potable water in accordance with Federal, State, and City regulations.
