Thinking of Opening a Business in 2018? Keep This in Mind!January 22, 2018
Since 2010, 27.9 million businesses operated in the United States. Every day, hard working Americans try to make their dreams come true by opening a small business at around 543,000 new business each month. In fact, small businesses make up the majority of the market (over 99%) and created 14 million jobs in 2014.
But 2/3rd of business make it to two years of operation with just 1/3rd of them making it to 10 years of operation. Most small businesses fail due to issues like cash flow and comply with government regulation. While cash flow is a sign of the economic climate, comply with government regulation shouldn’t get in the way of your success.
That’s why it’s so important for business owners, whether big or small, consult a business attorney before they venture to achieve the American Dream. Whether it’s an online business at home or a large LLC with over 100 employees, every business should be setup and operated correctly. While the paperwork may seem confusing, it doesn’t have to be. If a small business wants to make it past the 2, 5, or 10 year mark then they give themselves the best chance by making sure something like government regulation doesn’t stop them.
