    Partnership Initiatives
    St. Louis Scott Gallagher Tournaments is excited to announce the second round of partnerships affiliated with our tournaments.  This program is still fluid, so we are still interested in trades as we want both parties to feel this a win/win for everyone.  For Southern Illinois businesses, four of our annual events are played in Collinsville & O’Fallon (at the brand-new turf complex – The Family Sports Park)
    Initial Level
    St. Louis Scott Gallagher will send out an email to all participants that will include a paragraph on your company and any deals you may offer that weekend.  You’ll send us a blurb (specials, address, phone) and we’ll email it to between 2,000 and 6,000 participants depending on the event.  This will go out the Thursday of the Tournament typically.
    In addition, you will provide us your web site and you’ll be added to our online Visitor’s Guide.  Check out the link below provides by our friends at Explore St. Louis.

    What are we asking in return?  We would like to trade product, gifts, or gift cards in exchange.  One partner gave us Camel back water bottles and small tote cooler as gifts for our traveling refs.  Another offered gift cards to give to VIP coaches, teams or refs and lastly one partner is feeding our volunteers in St. Charles this Saturday.  So, as you can see, this is very fluid initially.
    If you’d like to do something more, we are offering a banner ad & link for each of our Tournament schedules.  Here teams view their schedules and most families will clock on this link 10-20 times over the course of the event.  Page view and clicks will be off the charts here.  Click the link below and if you click the picture, it goes to Ball Park Village.  Cost is $500 per event and we have opportunities for seven events annually.

    Future partnerships could include hanging banners and getting partners on site during the event.  We still plan to have a vendor village – especially next year with the new Creve Coeur Park Soccer Complex that opens in March of 2018.  Speaking of our vendor village, we do have sites that have tents selling sports items, soccer specialty, kettle corn, etc and we’d be interested in having more vendors at our events.  Our next event has 270+ teams total with 150 traveling from out of town to the event.  Let us know if you have a product you’d like to try selling at our tournament.
    And for those of you that cover the entire St. Louis region, we have facilities at several locations in the metro area including Collinsville and O’Fallon, Illinois and Fenton, Creve Coeur and St. Charles, Missouri.
    We are also looking for a sponsor specifically for our awards ceremonies.  St. Louis Scott Gallagher presents the “ABC Company Champions”.  Company name/Logo would be incorporated into the custom medals.
    Lastly, there is always an opportunity with the youth club (4,000 children) or the pro team (averaging 4,800+ fans per game).  Give me a call or shoot me an email if you are interested in partnering with one of our events.  All dates are below.
