Meditation Meetings
A message from meditation leader Pat Brennan:
"In these very worrying times having a meditation practice can be an important tool in dealing with stress. I have been meditating for more than 50 years and have been teaching meditation at the library for the past 10 plus years. Please join us Saturday mornings at 10 am in the Blum House next door to the Collinsville Library.
Beginning September 12th I will be repeating my 6 week Introduction to Meditation. This introduction can assist you in establishing your meditation practice. We sit on chairs and not the floor so it is not necessary to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion. Just bring an open mind and an open heart. Hope to see you there."
Please feel free to join us at any point in the schedule.
