Customer Care Specialist
Client Care Specialist:
As our Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with their service needs, scheduling appointments, and offering solutions that best fit their needs. This position will require handling of incoming calls, texts, and emails to conduct customer intake. In addition, this position will require working close with the service and sales teams to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth service. As a Client Care Specialist, duties will also include tracking job metrics, obtaining permits, and maintaining customer records.Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a drug and medical screening
- Must have a clean criminal background check
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
