Food And Beverage Staff We are looking for energetic, personable people to work in food and beverage for Top Speed Concessions. Positions are available in the concession stand are cashiers, bartenders, and cooks catering department. Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability preferred. There are also some weekday positions available. Season runs March through December. Compensation: Starting at $15.00 plus Pooled Tips Work Requirements: ● Learn and practice food safety procedures at all times. ● Greeting guests, communicate stand offerings, and answers any guest questions in a friendly manner with upbeat and professional attitude. ● Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines. ● Participates in set-up of stand, ● Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment. ● Follow directions and assist other team members as needed. ● Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environment. ● Flexible work schedule to meet event needs. ● Driven to provide excellent customer service and a high quality of food to guests. Qualifications: ● Food and beverage experience is beneficial but not required. ● Must have reliable transportation to and from work. ● Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions. ● Ability to remain stationary for entire length of shift. ● May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season.
